Drawing from Rove’s bold and playful DNA, our design for Rove Home Marina brings the vibrancy of Dubai Marina into every corner, elevating the building into a living, breathing community where art, social spaces and waterfront views come together to create a lifestyle full of energy and joie de vivre.
The design palette mirrors the Marina itself: fluid blues of the canal meet the warm golden glow of sunlight. While contrasting finishes echo the dynamism and contrast between the waterscape and the city skyline.
At the ground level, a double-height entrance with an organic café, seating lounges, coworking areas and retail spaces welcomes, a vertical library captivates, reading nooks immerse and an indoor vertical garden adorned with playful artwork and lightbox quotes, inspires – inviting both pause and discovery.
Indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly at the podium level, where relaxation, fun and connection underpin each space’s form and function including gym, multipurpose hall, gaming lounges, karaoke rooms, vitamin bar, Crank spin studios and rentable guestrooms. While upper levels create pockets of calm for wellness.
Living spaces are designed to maximize function and flexibility including tatami-inspired modular furniture with built-in storage that could be used both indoor and outdoor, connecting the apartment and balcony as a large living zone. Full-height panels allow spaces to transform between sleep, lounge and work zones, while a light, airy palette with playful color pops keeps the spaces bright and energetic.
