Our design for Rove Home Marasi Drive blends the vibrancy of urban living with the tranquillity of nature to create residential serenity. Nestled within the busy Marasi Drive skyline, the tower acts as an extension of the adjacent park and waterways, offering public and private spaces where residents can pause, connect and recharge.
The focal point of the entrance experience is the large double-height library wall with multilevel seating creating an inviting hub for reading, working or simply relaxing; while the surrounding café, cozy lounges, communal workspaces, retail shops and meeting rooms offer plenty more spots to connect and unwind – creating pockets of calm amidst the energy of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay district.
At the podium level, a massive sculptural staircase uniquely creates a direct connection to the nearby park. Designed with bi-fold façade, the gym, multifunction and events lounges are designed to flexibly open up to the outdoor landscaping, blending indoor and outdoor. Metal ceiling features subtly define activity zones across seamlessly flowing multifunctional zones, punctuated by a monkey bars feature.
Designed for the young Rove Home resident, the interior palette of the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments is warm and urban with pops of colour through the furniture and artwork. The theme of connectivity results in open floor plans with bedrooms that can be closed off to separate zones for privacy or open completely for a gathering. Studio apartments feature cloud beds that move down from the ceiling as needed, helping to transform a 30 sqm living space into a bedroom at the switch of a button.
